Everything you need to know about memberships, packages, and studio policies. Please note: All sales are final, no refunds. Prices are subject to change.

No Minors

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Pets

For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted inside the studio.

Scheduled Clients Only

Only booked clients may be inside the studio during class times. Please arrange childcare in advance if needed.

Studio Information

  • Workouts are not heated.

  • Mats are provided.

  • Grip socks or barefoot only (no shoes or regular socks).

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so a team member can assist you with setup.

Directions & Parking:

  • Located on the 2nd floor of the Malibu Country Mart.

  • Plenty of free parking is available at the Country Mart.

  • Directions: If you are standing outside SunLife Organics, you’ll see the playground and a white building with shops. Enter through the staircase facing the playground.

  • Walk up the stairs — we are on the 2nd floor, right side (Suite E-9).

Injuries & Safety

Please inform your instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class begins. Always listen to your body, ask questions if you are unsure about a movement, and move mindfully.

Please refer to our liability waiver.

Attire

  • Grip socks or barefoot are welcome. If you prefer socks, we offer grip socks for purchase at the studio.

  • Wear fitted, comfortable workout clothing — avoid overly loose garments.

  • No shoes, jeans, or exposed zippers are allowed on equipment.

Modifications, Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Group Classes

  • Cancel or modify at least 12 hours before class.

  • Late cancellations: Loss of credit. Unlimited memberships incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows: Loss of credit + $20 fee.

Private Training

  • Cancel or modify at least 24 hours before your session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of credit.

Late Arrivals

  • 5-minute grace period for all classes and privates (no exceptions).

Group Class Booking

  • Manage all group bookings through Mindbody, our website, or ClassPass.

Waitlists

  • If a class is full, join the waitlist through Mindbody.

  • Treat waitlist bookings like confirmed spots — cancel if you cannot attend.

  • Standard late cancellation and no-show policies apply.

  • Roster locks 1 hour before class; no changes after that time.

  • You’ll be notified via text (and email if enabled) when you’re added to class.

Cell Phones

Phones must be silenced and kept off the studio floor. If you are expecting an important call, notify your instructor and step out to take it.

Scooters & Bikes

We encourage alternative transportation. Please bring a lock, as scooters and bikes are not allowed inside the building.

Returns

All sales are final. Merchandise may be exchanged only if unworn, with original tags and packaging.

Cash-Free Studio

We are a cash-free studio. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle for merchandise purchases.

Schedule & Price Changes

Class formats, instructors, and pricing are subject to change. Trainer substitutions are updated in Mindbody as soon as possible.
